One of our goals when working together is to shift from having life happen to you, to living your life on purpose. As I’ve found through my own journey, you can create intentional change, even in times of adversity.

My Story: A life lived outside of comfort zones!

As a young girl growing up in the 1980’s and 1990’s, much of my adolescence was spent navigating uncomfortable circumstances in Brooklyn, New York.

With access to a multitude of stories and struggles, my empathy deepened at an early age as I dared to observe and understand the world around me.

Like you, I’ve had my fair share of hardships and heartbreaks. I’ve struggled with grief, depression, fear and crippling panic attacks over the years, which eventually reached their peak in 2020. 

Refusing to remain stuck and helpless, I leapt into the unknown, ending my 14-year career as a school psychologist to focus fully on my business, Intentional Healing & Wellness.   

Today, I combine my extensive training and personal experiences to help others live more intentionally. 

What I’ve learned over the years is that time does not heal all wounds. By persisting through the discomfort, I was able to access healing, growth, and transformation.
